    hi dear chaps,
    several people inquire with me on what the meaning of graduated payment mortgage is.
    Graduated payment mortgage means a mortgage scheme in which monthly payments commence at a lower level and increase over a period of a few years to a higher level which is subsequently maintained.

    i was told by at least 3 pros not to even consider buying PKR befor 2010, when PKR rate will be affected by the markup in the supply market, and probably will rise.

    apparently the conjecture that the PKR-JPY is estimated to not change for a while has something to do with the fact that the changes in the trade relations might have an impact on the PKR-JPY rate which if true could advocate the PKR's idleness.
